How long does shipping take?
We ship within 1–3 business days from Austria. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination. For SEPA direct debit payments we only start shipping once your payment has arrived. You'll find the details under Shipping & Payment.
Which payment methods are available?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and SEPA direct debit. All payments are processed securely and encrypted via Stripe. For SEPA direct debit, shipping starts only after the payment has arrived.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. How to withdraw is explained under Right of Withdrawal. Hand-crocheted pieces are one-of-a-kind items — if you have any questions, feel free to reach out beforehand.
Are the crocheted pieces unique?
Every Crochet Nahla piece is made by hand and is one of a kind — small variations are part of it and make it special.
